Before your first visit
- Complete your new patient paperwork online, if you can.
- Bring photo ID and your auto insurance information. If you were in an accident, bring your claim number and the police report if you have it.
- Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move easily.
Hurt in a car accident? Get checked within 14 days.
